Further Training
Veterinary Specialist and Additional Qualification
The Clinic for Birds, Small Mammals, Reptiles and Ornamental Fish offers further training in accordance with the Training Regulations of the Bavarian State Veterinary Chamber.
Currently we have further training authorisations for veterinary specialists and additional qualifications in the following fields:
- Veterinary specialist for poultry, wild, ornamental and zoo birds
- Veterinary specialist for reptiles (in collaboration with the Clinic for Pets, Reptiles, Ornamental and Zoo Birds, University of Veterinary Medicine Hanover)
- Additional qualification in ophthalmology (small animals)
Doctoral students who work in the clinic can have 50% of this time recognised as further training time.
