Consultation Hours
To save you unnecessary waiting times, we offer a consultation appointment. Please call us a few days prior to your desired appointment to make an appointment. In the case of sudden and unexpected diseases you will be provided with short-term appointments by telephone if this is possible and necessary.

- Please attend the appointments punctually. This saves you and others waiting time.
- If you cannot keep an appointment, please let us know immediately so that a new appointment can be arranged if necessary.
- For administrative reasons, only payment by debit card is possible, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
Bird patient surgery hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2.00 p.m. – 4.00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 4.00 p.m. – 6.00 p.m.
For special examinations (including eye examinations, endoscopies, screening, preventive medical check-ups for large parrots), appointments are also possible in the morning by telephone appointment

Ornamental fish surgery hours:
- Mondy, thursday and friday from 10 a.m. - midday.
- Tuesday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
- Wednesday from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
We request that you make a prior telephone appointment, as before.
For our examinations we require a form with information about your patient. You are welcome to print this form (PDF) out at home and bring it with you after completing it.

Reptile and amphibian surgery hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 2.00 p.m. – 4.00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 4.00 p.m. – 6.00 p.m.
Information on patients can only be provided from Monday to Friday between 10.00 a.m. and midday.

Emergency telephone numbers
We offer a 24-hour standby service every day of the year for emergencies. We can be reached by telephone outside normal consulting hours on the following telephone numbers.

We ask that in all cases you telephone us in respect of emergencies so that the necessary medical and - where appropriate - life-saving measures can be prepared in advance.
We ask for understanding that information on inpatients can only be provided during normal surgery hours.
Costs:
- We would like to point out that emergency services are charged on the basis of the emergency rates of the applicable fee schedule for veterinarians (GOT).
- Services provided outside of normal surgery hours for emergency services are usually charged at 3 times the standard rate.
