Referral of patients

In order to ensure the best possible care of patients, we ask that you consider the following points:

  • We request prior notice by telephone in all cases in order to guarantee a smooth procedure and avoid unnecessary waiting times.
  • A referral form is available for the best possible patient care and the efficient exchange of information. We ask that you use this for all referrals.
